Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Care team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring the product is at least 50% full, and clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship the Product
Send your return package using a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
